Dewar Rattray

Ein junger Abfüller der neben seiner Single Malt Reihe auch den STRONACHIE 12yo. abfüllt. Die Single Malts sind in der Standardflasche untergebracht und mit einem zweiteiligem old-style-Label versehen. Die Flasche steckt in einer schwarzen Pappröhre. Es handelt sich um Einzelfassabfüllungen.

Colour: Burnt gold
Nose: Ginger snaps and vanilla ice-cream
Palate: Ginger peel, candied fruits, sweet oak and late aniseed
Conclusions: Full bodied, and very more-ish!

Colour: Pale straw. Shiny and bright.
Nose: Lemon candied peel and fruit cake. Subtle vanilla with a hint of hay.
Palate: Buttery almonds. Mocha - mellow and creamy.
Conclusion: Excellent balance and very more-ish.

Nose : Light fruit, a touch of lemony herbs and jasmine tea
Palate : Fruity with peppery notes, slightly briny on the finish
